Scammers...be aware!! Never ever thought my favourite company can cheat like this. Have lost the count of calls( literally called up every week), emails written. I purchased a handbag in the month of July 2020. July 8th 2020, to be precise. When handbag arrived, my heart broke seeing dirty, old, broken box, worse was yet to come..when opened the box, the bag too was in horrible condition with scratches and bend on the corners. I immediately called up customer care, mentioned the issue and send the pictures( to be on the safer side). The lady ( customer care) was super sweet and told me that this is very surprising, they apologise and I can return the bag with the same box but due to covid, I will be receiving my refund in next 14 days..since than, every time I called up, either I was told, inspection is on or it’s UPS fault, they are talking to UPS, or they have “not” received the bag or staff is off( oh here’s another thing, so every time at customer care, there will be a different/new person and they don’t know what the previous person told you). So once while talking to a guy at customer care, I said can you please check the picture, I have given the proof of sending the bag back, also have UPS return slip and on that, he said yes, he can see all and also that why I have not issued the returned till now but within 10 mins of difference, while talking to manager, he said, he can’t see any mail with pictures( woww...what a fraud, I was so in shock and speechless) so I told him, to be on the hold and that I am sending him all the pictures again, he saw the pictures and repeated the same old story about apologising and that within 14 days, I will get my refund but I am still waiting. Bloody scammers, no matter whatever proof you give, they come up with new lame excuse????
Recieved shoes that I didn’t even order, I returned for a refund and it’s been over 5 weeks no refund. Worst customer service who never ever reply to email properly. It’s the worse company I have ever dealt with.

Shocking.. terrible.... can't believe I was duped.. packaging came in Chinese package and no box, jewellery was Shocking quality almost like something out of a Christmas Cracker. Company disappeared off Instagram. Unable to get refund as "just paid for postage"

Awful customer service! Sent shoes back over 3 weeks ago for a refund am still waiting. Customer service not responding to my emails and telephone number not working. I will never buy from them again and I’d recommend everyone to avoid!
I’m still awaiting my refund even thought I returned a packaged 1 month ago in compliance to the refund policy.
Valentino failed to contact me at all and only when I called, they said it’s been refused by warehouse but they don’t know why.
I’ve called them 5 times over the past week and the customer service team have only said that they are still investigating with the warehouse, however they have failed to confirm in an email.
I’ve notified my friends, family and work colleagues make them aware of my situation and they have informed their acquaintances to not deal with Valentino following my experience.
I will continue to promote this message via my social media platform to ensure that no other person experiences what I’ve gone through as I’m yet to receive my money back.
Valentino is at the top end of my favourite designers. The quality of the clothing is wonderful but in particular I appreciate the on trend design which is effortlessly classy.
It’s a scam!!! Do not buy from here! I wish I had done my research about the website before buying.
I paid for my order but NEVER received it. It's been 7 months and no follow-up from the company. Save your money and time. STAY AWAY!!
A T-shirt from Valentino needed to be sent back for reparation two times and it lasted 10 weeks to get the T-shirt back. How can a brand like this afford something like this? I am really unsatisfied!
I ordered a bag late on a Thursday night and could not believe it when I received it already by midday the following Monday! I do by the way live in Asia and it’s in the middle of a pandemic! With transport and customs clearance this is extremely fast.
The bag was beautifully wrapped up in a red box and with a red ribbon around the bag inside the box.
The bag is in perfect condition and exactly as stunningly beautiful as it looked on the website.
The price was the best I could find this bag for anywhere on the net.
Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

advice: a very bad product with very bad dishes and too expensive. I bought a clean one for 6 weeks now that it is broken. I came back with complaints! they want to dissolve again with glue. really very bad (Amsterdam)
